Foundations

1. Statement
The foundations must be constructed in such a way that no endangerment can occur. From the foundations, parts that jut out must be at least 40 cm under the play level, if they are not effectively covered.

2. Foundation Profile
The foundation structure represented by us is completed in its dimensions to the technical description of individual play equipment. Nothing changes in the positioning by numeric dimensions. The foundation’s preparation is regulated in the DIN 1054.

3. Foundation Building Material
In the preparation of the foundation one must sure that the upright post is in centre, with sufficient depth and that all sides are surrounded with concrete. Since the local ground conditions cannot be measured by us, it can usually vary from the indicated ground depth “t”. For your orientation the depth of the posts is marked by an additional painting of bitumen. We recommend you additionally insulate this sensitive ground area with roofing felt V 13. During installation of post anchors, there should be at least 5 cm free room between the upper edge ground and the lower edge post. The foundations must be based frost-free. We recommend using building material “concrete B15, consistency range K1 (earth-moist)”.
